About the role
- The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production processes in a manufacturing facility.
- This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- The Manufacturing Manager also focuses on optimizing processes, managing staff, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of manufacturing supervisors.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for responsible department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of managing production operations and meeting production targets.
- Experience with implementing and managing lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization.
Skills
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Leadership and Management Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for responsible department.
