About the role
- We are seeking a motivated, customer-service-oriented Licensed Pharmacist to join our high-volume pharmacy team.
- Candidates should have a flexible schedule, with a tentative regular day during the week and Saturday hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (R.Ph.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Oversee bulk compounding and packaging for nursing homes or extended care facilities as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (R.Ph.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
Skills
- Licensure: Must hold a current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Utah.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide expert consultation to patients regarding prescription medications, non-prescription products, and medical devices.
- Compounding & Distribution: Oversee bulk compounding and packaging for nursing homes or extended care facilities as required.
- Team Leadership: Provide education and training to pharmacy technicians and interns
- delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facility Management: Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing the facility and managing alarm codes.
- Customer Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional, action-oriented approach.
- Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic compounding is required.
- Experience with PioneerRX pharmacy management software and independent retail operations is highly preferred.
