About the role
- $20.00/hour with consistent full-time schedule

- An Inventory Associate is responsible for cycle counting, justification and accuracy of all distribution locations.
Responsibilities
- Opportunity to build inventory and warehouse systems experience (RF, WMS, equipment)
- Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, customer service, and safety
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of inventory experience
- Experience using RF (handheld) devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for entire shift
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to analyze issues, determine root cause, and propose solutions
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot summers / cold winters)
- Locate and verify inventory across all physical locations (quantity, item, description)
- Use RF devices and systems to track and manage inventory accurately
- Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and communicate findings promptly
- Partner with leadership to resolve damages, invalid UPCs, and zero on-hand inventory
- Perform calculations to support inventory counts and adjustments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control processes
Nice to have
- Preferred: Fork truck, reach truck, or rider walkie experience
- familiarity with Manhattan WMS
Skills
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide across units of measure)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
