About the role

  • In addition to providing M&A and strategic advisory services in North America, the position also involves assisting other colleagues globally on international / cross-border projects.
  • The Technology Group plays a critical role in helping the firm achieve its objective to be the most successful independent advisory investment bank in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation, including three-statement operating models, leveraged buyout, accretion / dilution, discounted cash flow, public comparables, and precedent transactions analyses
  • Coordinate and execute due diligence process with external advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and consultants and perform detailed quantitative and qualitative industry and company research / analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance (or similar) from a leading academic institution
  • Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
  • Strong financial modeling skills required

Compensation

  • Expected base salary rates for this role in our Santa Monica Office will be between $250,000 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
