Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or relevant scientific discipline.
- Prefer Chemical and/or Pulp and Paper degree from an accredited College or University and 3+ years of experience in a variety of technical or operational assignments.
- Prefer candidates with 5-8 years or more of experience in both Mill and Staff environments.
- Past experience in paper making (Tissue, Towels) role highly desirable.
- A recognized expert in manufacturing processes with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements in major
- A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project results within required timeframes.
Nice to have
- Experience and expertise with Kimberly-Clark manufacturing process engineering technology, procedures, processes and products preferred.
- Experience working with external technical service providers preferred.
- Demonstrated continuing self-development (i.e., progress toward an advanced degree) preferred.
Skills
- Seek, recognize, define and solve problems to achieve unit objectives. Identify complex technical issues to determine root cause.
