- Boingo is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize marketing templates and content libraries so the team always operates efficiently.
- Own the logistics of the proposal process from end to end, managing timelines, task assignments, and final quality control.
- Partner proactively across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Creative Services to extract the insights you need to build comprehensive narratives.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service, bringing energy, humility, and a collaborative spirit to every project kickoff.

Requirements
- What we do require is outstanding writing and editing skills, a ravenous curiosity, an ironclad sense of accountability, a growth mindset, and the ability to craft persuasive, customer-focused content.
- Demonstrate proficiency using generative AI tools to research, outline, organize, and accelerate content development.
- Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: You know how to command a page, trim the fluff, and write copy that engages a business reader.
- Impeccable Collaboration: You have the emotional intelligence and confidence to work with diverse personalities, from engineers to executives.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, corporate communications, agency, or sales support environment (strong internship experience absolutely counts).
Skills
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and AI tools.
- Tech Tools Savvy: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Nice-to-Haves (But We Will Happily Train You):
- Basic exposure to or familiarity with business proposals, presentations, or RFPs.
