About the role

  • The Maintenance Tech will help with the repairs and upkeep of a commercial mall facility.
  • This includes work both inside the mall and outside on the grounds.
  • Pay: $25-27 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event support and holiday decor installation
  • Previous experience in event support and holiday decor installation

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and paver installation.
  • Ability to operate aerial boom equipment safely and efficiently (certification preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in carpentry, painting, or aerial boom operation.
