About the role
- The RN works in close collaboration with the team to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress toward treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric nursing assessments and medication management for consumers in EPS setting.
- Maintain and facilitate communication regarding consumer's care with all relevant staff.
- Maintain safe and therapeutic environment free of sharps and other potentially harmful objects.
Requirements
- Ability to work with other departments
Skills
- Valid Tennessee RN or LPN License
