Solid Track Record: 5-6 years experience, creating and producing paid and organic social content.
Your portfolio should echo your proficiency.
Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut.
Studio Proficiency: Over 3+ years planning/running in-studio shoots.
The ability to pivot between collaboration and independent endeavors is crucial.
Boasting several years of experience in the realm of digital content creation with a strong digital ad portfolio, you know what it takes to grow brands through exciting, engaging, and beautiful content.
5-6 years experience, creating and producing paid and organic social content.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut.

The ability to communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders is a must.
Production Budget Management: Ability to bid, forecast, keep a running total, and reconcile wrapped budgets for your shoots is a must.
Nice-to-haves
Generative AI Experience: Proficiency in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT a plus
Retouching: Photo retouching a plus
Food & Beverage Production: Experience generating content for food & beverage brands, particularly alcohol & spirits, that's awesome.
Fashion/Retail Production: Experience generating content for retail and/or fashion brands definitely a plus as well.
