About the role

Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and manufacturing procedures while completing assigned work with minimal supervision

Our Terran R vehicle will deliver customer payloads to orbit, meeting the growing demand for launch capacity.

Whether you're in propulsion, manufacturing, software, avionics, or a corporate function, you'll collaborate across teams, shape decisions, and see your work come to life in record time.
Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and fellow technicians to troubleshoot routine production issues and continuously improve manufacturing processes
Support downstream operations as needed while maintaining Relativity Space's high standards for safety, quality, and shop organization
This team has a wide variety of responsibilities-from factory floor layout to developing complex tooling for novel processes and partnering with our vehicle engineering team to influence the design of the rocket.

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience or a related field
Experience performing adhesive bonding operations, including surface preparation, adhesive mixing, application, and vacuum bagging
Experience manufacturing or assembling flight hardware in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality flight hardware
Effective verbal and written communication skills with engineering, quality, and production teams

The Manufacturing team owns all process development, fabrication strategy, and production equipment for Terran R, our next generation reusable rocket.
We leverage our deep expertise to translate engineering requirements into highly optimized production lines while working cross-functionally to continuously improve the vehicle program.
This is a first-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT.
The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.
