Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.

  • This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area.
  • The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
  • TABC Certification where applicable
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
