About the role

Requirements
- A master's degree (including an MBA) in Finance, Financial Planning, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required at the time of appointment.
- PhD or DBA in Financial Planning, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
- Industry experience in Financial Planning.
- Industry experience or research expertise in AI, GenAI, or related areas.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring students.
- Experience with bringing a financial planning program through CFP Board registration.
- All applicants must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States at the time of an offer of employment.
- Official transcript(s) must be provided to Human Resources upon hire.

Compensation
- Depends on Qualifications ($64,963 - $188,620)
- Minimum Qualifications
- A master's degree (including an MBA) in Finance, Financial Planning, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required at the time of appointment. ABD and doctoral candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality teaching and student development.
- Ability to teach in multiple modalities, including online, HyFlex/Multimodal, and in-person, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Interest in and commitment to diverse cultures and populations.
