About the role

  • This is an enterprising business development and client service focused opportunity and requires someone with experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on their investment and wealth management needs.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings is expected.
  • The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $180,000 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these reasons and individual circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities as well as maintain and expand referral sources. Establish relationships with prospective clients and transition new clients into the firm.
  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for clients' investment and wealth management plans
  • Work with clients' team of external advisors (e.g., attorneys, tax accountants) to deliver integrated advisory services
  • Lead and manage internal BBR client teams
  • BBR Partners is a premiere, boutique wealth management firm providing investment and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • This person will help manage the firm's client relationships, overall strategy for clients' investment and wealth management plans, and identification of prospective clients.
  • This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, creative and enjoys developing new clients on a continuous basis and has a track record of success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Comfort and ability working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Extensive experience working with ultra and high net worth individuals and families on their investment and wealth management needs
  • Strong business development skills, including experience building relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs, determining client fit and successfully onboard them into the firm
  • Skill in various aspects of portfolio management, including asset allocation theory
  • Strong familiarity with other wealth management issues (e.g., wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, insurance, single stock risk management, philanthropy)

Compensation

  • The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $180,000 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these reasons and individual circumstances.
  • Base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple reasons, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
