About the role
- Nation Security is seeking a Security Operations Manager with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.
- The duties will consist of but not be limited to the development and implementation of the organization and overseeing the supervision of employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the staff of security officers
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in Management Field
- At least 2 years experience in Security or Loss Prevention Field
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint.
- Must be able to take a proactive role with clients
Nice to have
- English and Spanish preferred.
- D and G Security license is a plus.
