- GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role within our Collections business unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of our drivers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple collection routes.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries, exchanges, and equipment repairs.
- Implement performance management processes, including progressive discipline as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
Skills
- Strong data entry and analytical skills.
Compensation
- $80,000 annually plus 10% bonus

- Maintain and enforce Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) programs, including training, safety meetings, and compliance reporting.
