Responsibilities
- Leads the design and execution of advanced, data‑driven personalization strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion and drive measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital performance analysis, or related domains.
- Conducts deep performance analysis utilizing cohort tracking, attribution, and incremental lift measurement to synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations.
- Translates emerging industry trends and new personalization technologies into actionable strategies that elevate the end-to-end customer journey.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
- Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
- Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
- May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
Skills
- Mentors junior analysts and promotes enterprise-wide best practices in experimentation and personalization frameworks.
- Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
