Monitor equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and functionality. Lead projects in coordination with all plant departments to maximize utilization of automation / equipment to improve overall efficiencies.
Manages the CMMS and ensures work orders are closed in a timely manner. Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Manages work order completion on a daily basis
Manages equipment uptime and reliability to minimize production impact

Expert knowledge of PLC, servo, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including industrial electronics, AC/DC controls, and schematic interpretation.
Ability to be on-call and respond to facility needs after hours and/or during weekends
Active safety leader with OSHA certifications (PIT/Scissor Lift) and oversight experience in LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, and Line Break protocols.

Proficient in CMMS and MS Excel to analyze data trends, manage maintenance metrics, and drive strategic operational decisions.
General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED). Associate's degree, bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred.

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/controlled environments preferred) with a proven track record of leading teams and managing high-level scheduling.
General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED).
Associate's degree, bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred.
