About the role
- Job Description Position Overview Directly responsible for leading of region residential sales team.
- Trains and familiarize residential sales reps with established policies and practices to ensure the team is equipped with the product knowledge, CRM sales system understanding and selling-skills.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements customer growth strategies.
- Manages and leads the residential sales team.
- Assist residential sales reps with complex sales negotiations. Works with Regional VP and General Managers to drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Develops Talent - Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals.
- Drives Engagement - Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
- Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement

- Ability to mentor, train and develop others
Requirements
- Sales Management experience required
- Current liability auto insurance required.

Compensation
- Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.

- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
