Responsibilities

  • As one of the first hires in this new function, you will own the end-to-end commercial enablement strategy. You will translate our global GTM strategy into practical, seller-ready tools that drive measurable revenue productivity.
  • The Tooling Guru: Drive the adoption and best-practice usage of a world-class tech stack, including Gong, Avarra (AI coaching), and UserGems. You'll diagnose adoption gaps and fix them.
  • Manager-Led Reinforcement: Empower our frontline managers with "train-the-trainer" models, giving them the coaching frameworks they need to lead high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • you are architecting the behavior change, tools, and strategies that will define how Third Bridge sells and grows in our next chapter.
  • To lead our sales teams, you must have walked in their shoes.
  • You bring a proven track record in a frontline commercial roles (Sales or Account Management), allowing you to walk your talk.
  • Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms is highly beneficial.
  • You are comfortable leveraging AI-enabled selling workflows to gain an edge.
  • Influencing Power: You can work "up and down"-collaborating with C-suite stakeholders one hour and coaching a new junior associate the next.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Training, or Revenue Productivity, ideally within SaaS, Market Intelligence, or Content Subscription.
  • 15 days (which increases to 20 days after 2 years of service) plus US Holidays

Compensation

  • personal development allowance of $1,500 per year.
