- Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast's Sales and/or Customer Success functions.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in all aspects of the recruitment process, balancing the needs of the business with candidate experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of recruiting across sales and customer success.
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting, successfully partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various Sales and/or Customer Success functions.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
