About the role
- We educate and train hundreds of healthcare workers every year and advance knowledge about new approaches to care.
- Summary Description: This position is responsible for the timely and cost-effective strategic sourcing of complex goods and/or services.
- Goods and services are reviewed by this position and managed across the network for all locations.
Responsibilities
- Developing sourcing initiatives scorecard, participating in scoring, and leading the scoring team through the process.
- Developing technical and market expertise in assigned categories, including knowledge of changes in the industry.
- Developing sourcing initiatives, including requirements development, RFx, and supplier recommendations.
- Gathering/analyzing customer requirements and facilitating buy-in to support the setting of category strategies for assigned categories.
- Leveraging market data, external expert resources, spend analytics, and cost modeling to drive fact-based decision-making.
- o Developing, initiating, and managing sourcing strategies with tactical processing capabilities.
- o Building/leading/influencing effective cross-functional teams.
- o Building strategic supplier relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement
- Fulltime 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
- Hybrid opportunity

- Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
- $89,606.00 - $103,001.00 - $121,804.00
