Design and Prioritize the Detection Roadmap
Collaborate with GTM teams to clearly explain how detections work and what type of threats they catch.
Work with Engineering to Implement and Deploy Improvements
Partner with AI and Infra teams to operationalize detection models safely, efficiently, and at scale.
Aegis AI is building the next generation of email security - powered by AI agents that think and act like human analysts.
Our agents stop Phishing and Spam attacks before they reach employees, using hundreds of specialized models that collaborate autonomously across inboxes.
Our Product Managers are expected to behave like GMs and true owners of their space perfectly preparing you to run your own business/P&L.

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong understanding of ML and AI fundamentals: model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Proven ability to balance model performance with precision and explainability requirements.
Exceptional communication skills - you can discuss embeddings and evaluation metrics as comfortably as customer pain points.
Your work will directly impact the system's ability to uncover sophisticated attacks, account compromise, and deep social engineering attempts that legacy tools miss.

You will be learning from Product Leads with >20 years of combined experience in Product Management from Google.
(Bonus) Experience in cybersecurity, email security, or fraud detection systems.
(Bonus) Familiarity with transformer models, fine-tuning, or agentic architectures.
Define the roadmap for Aegis' detection systems - focusing on AI agents, underlying model improvements, and signal coverage.

You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and security researchers to design how our multi-agent AI system learns from adversarial behavior, detects zero-day threats, and continuously improves through real-world feedback.
Partner with the Engineering team, security analysts and customers to understand attacker tactics, behaviors, and potential false-negative patterns.
Communicate Detection to Customers
Build internal tools and narratives that help customers trust, validate, and adopt our products to protect their organizations.
