Perform manual and automated assembly, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI) programs.
Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
Maintain hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Basic computer proficiency.
Basic mathematical skills including: Ability to interpret diagrams, batch records, and manufacturing documentation.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Physical Requirements The position requires the ability to: Work in ambient, refrigerated (2-8°C), and frozen (-20°C) environments.
Complete production documentation accurately and maintain required electronic records.
Perform additional duties and overtime as required to meet business needs.
