About the role
- This role will be based in the New York office.
- Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Managers work with Business Development and Publisher Solutions teams to deliver superior account management and support for all new publisher and broadcaster clients.
- Manage and grow your own book of business across the Americas to ensure global pitches and up-sell opportunities are maximized
- Help integrate any new publisher or broadcaster into the Unruly platform and subsequently own all aspects of that relationship
- Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetization to your clients and undertake Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure your publisher partners are as profitable as they can be
- Compile and examine data and metrics to drive decisions on up-selling products
- Close coordination with product and engineering departments to support existing business and highlight new product requirements
- Sense for closing deals and an inner drive and hustle to open new doors and opportunities
- Ability to communicate directly with internal and external partners to offer support and solve problems
