Responsibilities

  • What You Will Accomplish: Executive Assistant (50%) Provide strategic administrative support to one Vice President, helping improve efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Prepare and manage confidential materials, maintaining the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and other administrative processes.
  • Provide back-up support to members of the broader administrative team as needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace readiness and office orientation.
  • Support executive visits, team offsite meetings and other special events held in the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Workplace Experience, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting Vice President-level or senior executive leadership.
  • Experience managing office operations or workplace programs in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Skills

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive events.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Compensation

  • C$44,800 - C$59,800 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
