About the role
- Posting Date 08/31/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America The Sr Manager, Special Projects (DCR) reports directly to the leader of DaVita Clinical Research.

Responsibilities
- Support the DCR executives in crafting and executing on strategic initiatives
- Organize core operating efforts and drive collaboration across lanes, including owning project management efforts
- Support internal communication by helping to crafting and delivering key messages
- Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions
- Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results
- Support in the development and improvement of a top performing leadership team
- Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with other teams
- Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution
- Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
- A minimum of 1 years of project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Must be comfortable researching and presenting internal and external data to help senior leaders make decisions
- Demonstrated track record of top performance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
