- Summary: The Gas Measurement Technician ensures the accuracy and reliability of gas measurement equipment used for production and sales.
Responsibilities
- include installation, maintenance, monitoring, analysis, and optimization of measurement systems, as well as maintaining data integrity to support reliable reporting, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Support Production teams with field measurement devices, applications, and troubleshooting in line with company and industry standards
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic flow measurement (EFM) hardware, software, transducers, and automated valve equipment
- Support measurement design reviews and collaborate with Engineering to ensure field-ready, accurate measurement for new construction projects
Nice to have
- 2+ years' experience working in a measurement-related field
- Ability to communicate effectively among various work teams
- Knowledge of SCADA and basic programming
