About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and administer Gallup's global LMS platform ecosystem, including U.S., international and internal environments
- Manage LMS configuration, permissions, content structures, integrations, reporting and platform functionality across customer-facing and internal use cases
- Partner with Gallup technology teams to maintain and improve integrations with Oracle and other enterprise systems
- Write and maintain custom HTML and CSS to support platform customization, accessibility and user experience

- Monitor LMS usage, learner behavior, reporting accuracy and support trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain clear documentation, compliance records, QA processes and reporting standards across global environments
- Troubleshoot technical, operational and customer issues; identify root causes; and implement sustainable solutions
- Engaging collaborators whose charisma and credibility allow them to effortlessly build influential relationships with developers, senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with HTML and CSS required
- Experience integrating LMS platforms with enterprise systems such as Oracle required
Nice to have
- Master's degree in instructional technology or a related field preferred
- Experience with SSO, SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs, data feeds or LMS/LXP integrations strongly preferred
Compensation
- We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $110,000-$140,000 for this role.

- At least five years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS or LXP platforms such as Thought Industries, Workday Learning, Degreed, Coursera, Cornerstone, Docebo or similar required
- Experience developing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar required
