About the role

  • We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate Account Executive to support sales growth within our Building Automation Systems (BAS) division. This individual will work closely with senior sales leaders, operations teams, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users to develop new business opportunities and support ongoing customer relationships. This
  • role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has a strong technical foundation and is looking to grow within the building automation and controls industry. Support the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with end users, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, design/build firms, and ESCOs. Assist

  • Assist with identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Participate in customer meetings, job walks, project discussions, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Project Teams to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with pipeline management, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and sales reporting activities.
  • Attend industry events, training seminars, and customer networking functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • The total compensation package includes eligibility for uncapped commissions.
