Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Supervise and support execution of the plant's preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure production equipment, utilities, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support production schedules.
Lead front‑line troubleshooting efforts and assist with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
Responsible for tracking progress toward timely work order completions Support reliability‑centered maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Partner with Quality and Sanitation teams to align maintenance activities with plant operations.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation, equipment condition, and compliance.
Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing maintenance team, reinforcing accountability, skill growth, and safety ownership.
Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance leadership to support daily operations.
Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and manage vendor relationships.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
