About the role
- We are seeking coaches for our new Karate Zoo enrichment program.
- Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi-sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year.
- Our newest program, Karate Zoo, is leading the way in preschool martial arts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to engage and connect with children in a positive way.
- Clean background check is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with children (professional or volunteer) is preferred, particularly in a coaching or teaching capacity.
Benefits
- Coach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommend. **Bonus**- $200 for coaches with certain degree belts (paid out after 2-3 months of employment).
- All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by following the Karate Zoo Coaching Manual & Curriculum No martial arts experience is not needed but an added bonus.
