About the role

  • By living Chamberlain Care®, we graduate healthcare professionals who transform the health of people worldwide.
  • Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions.
  • We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs

Compensation

  • In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $23 and $28.85/hr.
