Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, equipment, tooling, consumables, MRO items, and services.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation within Rangeview's systems.
Monitor supplier performance and support vendor relationship management.
Support supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
Maintain supplier records, documentation, and related supply chain information.
Support material replenishment efforts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Support receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Operational Support
Support production schedules by helping ensure timely material availability.

Must be able to meet ITAR/U.S. export control requirements, including being a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required authorization.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Strong technology aptitude, including proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and business systems.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Support packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation when required.
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Experience purchasing direct materials, MRO items, tooling, and/or capital equipment.
Familiarity with inventory systems and supplier management practices.
Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
Additional requirements
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
Compensation is based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 2: $70,000 - $95,000 annually + equity

Occasionally travel locally to suppliers, service providers, or customers to pick up or deliver materials, parts, or documentation.
