  • JOB SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Director of School-Based Behavioral Health provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Valle del Sol's school-based behavioral health programs.
  • This role promotes sustainable growth, operational excellence, and the integration of behavioral health services within educational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and performance measures that support quality outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain clinical standards, policies, procedures, and best practices consistent with organizational, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card when required by law or program.
  • Failure to obtain or maintain required credentials, clearances, or compliance requirements may impact eligibility for employment or continued assignment in the role.
