Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Expert proficiency with SOLIDWORKS or similar 3D CAD programs
- Experience with Arena PLM
- Experience with IoT or connected hardware products
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of reliability engineering tools such as MTBF and MTTF
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading a small technical team
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Compensation
- $129,625 - $160,125 USD
- 401(k) with company match
