About the role
- This entails interviewing of clients and their families, the use of standardized psychological assessment measures, interpretation of diagnostic profiles, and communication of results/diagnosis in oral and written feedback to families.

Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a CPA or APA accredited clinical psychology program (Essential)
- Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation and regulations, and MCSS standards and guidelines relevant to behavioural treatment (Essential)
- Bilingualism (French/English) will be validated by a language proficiency assessment conducted by a third party provider.
- Candidates will be required to meet the minimum linguistic profile prior to the date of hire.
- Registration as a Psychologist in Ontario or eligibility for registration (Essential)
- Designated practice as a Psychologist in the area of Clinical Psychology with children and adolescents (Essential)
- Designated practice as a Psychologist in the area of Pediatric Rehabilitation or intent to complete within 12 months (with support from the department in training) (Essential)
- Clinical experience in the assessment and intervention of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays/intellectual developmental disability (Essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (Essential)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) (Essential)
- Bilingualism (French and English) (Essential)
Nice to have
- Experience working on a multidisciplinary team (Preferred)
- Supervision experience (Preferred)
