About the role

To help direct, monitor and control all aspects of shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management, quality management and uphold procedures as well as all other warehouse functions.
Ensure that all associates consistently produce acceptable productivity results.
This role requires the management and purchasing of shipping materials, office supplies, and department needs.

The Operations Lead serves as a liaison between the GEAE Warehouse Supervisor and the GEA operation.
Leading Inbound, Inventory, Quality, and/or shipping departments and understanding the roles of Account Coordinators, Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Quality, and Kitting Leads.
