About the role
- As a Personal Assistant and Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our executive members while contributing to the growth of our business.
- This is an entry-level position with significant potential for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects over the phone.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain experience in both administrative support and sales.
- Skilled Wound Care will ask all candidates to perform pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and appropriate relevant skills testing prior to hiring.
Requirements
- MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and driver's license for travel throughout Southern California
- Travel outside of California on as needed basis
- Benefits:
