About the role

List Major/Essential Job Duties: Act as a senior coverage banker and trusted advisor to clients across Financial Sponsors, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and their portfolio or operating companies.

The role requires strong commercial drive, structuring capabilities, and disciplined risk management As a senior member of the team, the role includes supporting junior bankers on complex transactions and broader team initiatives.
Lead origination and execution of Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions across Financial Sponsors and broader NBFI clients, including Standby Letters of Credit, Supply Chain Finance, A/R solutions, and Structured Trade Finance, while supporting broader Cash Management and Treasury Management opportunities.

Many clients operate through multi entity and multi jurisdictional setups, requiring a strong understanding of onboarding, governance, and regulatory frameworks across the US and globally.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities/Competencies: Minimum 10-15 years experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, with strong exposure to Financial Sponsors, Asset Managers, or Hedge Funds.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting or related fields.
Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.
Working knowledge of Cash Management and Liquidity solutions; broader Transaction Banking product exposure considered a plus.
With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $240,000 to $280,000.
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Market and organizational factors are also considered.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
