We invest heavily in marketing and technology so our Loan Officers spend their time consulting and closing, not cold prospecting.

Loan Officers who consistently exceed funding standards will be reviewed for promotion to Senior Loan Officer (at the discretion of the VP of Production), unlocking past client leads, Chili Piper appointments, direct ISA transfers, and priority inbound ring group placement.
Avoid high call volume or prefer passive communication styles Treat CRM discipline and client reviews as optional Need to build your own systems rather than execute within proven ones Own Your Outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits Full-time hourly position structured as a draw against commissions; commissions paid once they exceed the draw
