About the role
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state; complete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist. - Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks. - Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation. - Perform work
- order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems. - Pull test samples for QC in process inspection, remove completed production from machine and place in finished goods totes. - Fill component Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production. - Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues;
