About the role

  • The Analyst should possess the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service while working closely with business users and IT teams to resolve system issues, investigate data problems, and ensure reliable application performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for enterprise systems and business applications
  • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Write and run SQL queries to validate and analyze data
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation in the Knowledge Base System.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate technical solutions.
  • Must possess complex hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • Security awareness training a plus.
  • ITIL knowledge a plus.
  • A four-year college degree: or the successful completion of a technical course curriculum from an accredited information and technology institution, preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 commensurate with experience and education.
