Responsibilities

  • As the ER Nurse Manager, you'll maintain operational oversight of ER/ICU processes, including invoicing accuracy, staff training initiatives, and responsiveness to urgent needs.
  • You'll also lead and support the ECC nursing team, promoting strong communication, teamwork, and high standards of patient care.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership or management experience with the ability to build trusting relationships with teams, and communicate clearly in stressful situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, coach, motivate and hold a team accountable

Compensation

  • 120 hours annual paid time off and floating holiday time
