About the role
- You will work at the intersection of healthcare data and client partnership, translating complex RWD into clear, actionable insights for life sciences and technology companies.
- In this role, you will serve as the client's dedicated subject matter expert for RWD, acting as the primary point of contact for data inquiries, training, issue resolution, and ongoing analytical guidance.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more of HealthVerity clients, providing expert post-sale support across their RWD use cases.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across data, analytics, and research functions
- Lead client trainings, standardize analytic guidance, and document use case support in the post-sale phase
- Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and reference guides tailored to the client's specific use cases
- Work cross-functionally with sales and data delivery teams to drive operational processes and support best practices to deliver data licensing projects on time and with accuracy
- Creatively and strategically positions HealthVerity to win against the competition by building trust and credibility as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Stakeholders consistently view the analyst as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, evidenced by unprompted outreach, inclusion in early-stage research discussions, and positive client feedback
- Takes end-to-end ownership of data solutioning projects and drives them to completion
- Highly organized, consultative, and proactive; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail
Requirements

- Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related field
