About the role

  • This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.
  • This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.
  • This role sits at the core of delivery and compliance operations for an RVGT client partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Client PMO support: attending joint planning sessions, capturing action items, and serving as a reliable point of contact
  • Developing familiarity with financial services compliance frameworks (ADA, FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, bank vendor governance). You don't need to be an expert - you need to be able to learn quickly and flag when something looks off.
  • The Delivery & Controls Manager role this position supports is one of four core seats on the partnership team.
  • The Controls function is central to that build - not as a gatekeeper, but as a driver.

Requirements

  • You've worked alongside frontend engineers, in a CMS, or in a digital production environment - and you understand what it takes to get a page or experience live.

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years in project management, operations, or compliance-adjacent work.
  • Financial services, regulated industry, or agency experience preferred.

Compensation

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
  • Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
