- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Nice to have

- This position is located in Little Rock at The Orthopedic & Spine Hospital (TOSH) and will be integral in treating a general PT population, including orthopedic and spine conditions.
- Functional outcomes data is collected through the collection of best practice data via patient questionnaires, performance measures, and documented treatment interventions.
