Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support workforce retention.
- Serve as a visible and trusted HR presence across the facility, building strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Identify engagement trends and opportunities and partner with leaders to implement meaningful improvements.
- Partner with leaders to address attendance, conduct, and performance concerns while reinforcing accountability.
- Support onboarding, recognition, retention, and communication initiatives that strengthen workforce effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- The HR Generalist supports employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- This role partners closely with employees and leaders to foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience leading employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Experience coaching frontline leaders.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday and/or ADP.
