About the role
- Carpenter Project Foreman | Commercial Construction Quality Work.
- This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day jobsite activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards-while exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work zone, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Adjust crew assignments to maintain pace and meet deadlines.
- The Foreman will oversee field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, and help maintain strong working relationships with the full project team.
- Work cooperatively with other trades, avoid conflicts, and support shared site goals.
Requirements
- Minimu m of 5 years of commercial/industrial construction experience
- Ability to read, understand and execute construction work as defined in the drawings, specifications, addenda, submittals, technical manuals, and product/material installation instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills required
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience as lead foreman on commercial construction projects
- Ability to implement and follow Company policies, procedures and standards is essential

- Procore experience desired but not required.
