About the role

Carpenter Project Foreman | Commercial Construction Quality Work.
This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day jobsite activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards-while exceeding client expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized work zone, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Adjust crew assignments to maintain pace and meet deadlines.
The Foreman will oversee field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, and help maintain strong working relationships with the full project team.
Work cooperatively with other trades, avoid conflicts, and support shared site goals.

Minimu m of 5 years of commercial/industrial construction experience
Ability to read, understand and execute construction work as defined in the drawings, specifications, addenda, submittals, technical manuals, and product/material installation instructions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills required
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Experience as lead foreman on commercial construction projects
Ability to implement and follow Company policies, procedures and standards is essential

Procore experience desired but not required.
