About the role
- As an Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician III, you will ensure the reliable operation, safety, and efficiency of complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Experience servicing shell‑and‑tube or plate‑and‑frame heat exchangers Industrial facility maintenance experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, or large commercial buildings Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS/BMS)

Requirements
- Local travel is required up to 60% to support facilities located in San Antonio, Schertz, & Seguin, TX.
- Overtime as required.
Compensation
- $31.50 - $41.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
