About the role

Responsibilities

Own overall project planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking for the ALM migration/transformation program.
Build and maintain the integrated project plan covering assessment, analysis, design, migration, integration, validation, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Drive governance routines including weekly status reviews, RAID reviews, steering committee inputs, vendor follow-ups, and escalation management.
Manage project communications, decision logs, meeting notes, delivery dashboards, and leadership-ready progress reporting.
Partner with solution architects, ALM SMEs, integration teams, and business owners to ensure delivery outcomes meet business, compliance, quality, and traceability expectations.
Support change management, adoption planning, training coordination, and transition to steady-state support after go-live.

Requirements

Should have working knowledge of data migration, integration touchpoints, workflow standardization, access management, and governance considerations in ALM platforms.

Compensation

$160,000 to $180,000 Per Annum
Discretionary Annual Incentive.
